TASK:

• My task was to gain insights into customer behavior and ATM usage patterns by analyzing the transaction data. The goal was to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

ACTION:

• Analyzed the ATM transaction data using Power BI, performing data cleaning, transformation, and modeling to prepare the data for analysis.
• Developed reports and visualizations in Power BI to showcase popular ATM locations, transaction types, and trends over time.
• Utilized Power BI's calculations and measures to calculate the average transaction amounts per customer and per ATM location, enabling performance evaluation.
• Conducted demographic analysis based on age group, gender, and occupation to identify customer preferences and patterns.
• Leveraged data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing operations and improving customer satisfaction, based on the identified opportunities.
